For the most beautiful result, please upload a clear, high-resolution original photo.
We recommend 1800 × 1800 pixels or higher, with 1500 × 1500 pixels as the minimum. Please avoid screenshots, heavily cropped images or photos downloaded from social media, as these may not print as clearly.
Please note that due to the natural style and textured edges of rock slate, slight variations between individual pieces are part of its character.

Photo Enhancement
If you choose no enhancement, your photo will be printed as supplied. Final print quality will depend on the resolution, lighting, colour and overall quality of the original image you provide.
If enhancement is selected, we may gently adjust brightness, lighting, colour balance, contrast, clarity and cropping to help your photo look its best. We will not intentionally change the appearance or features of your furry love.

Each GINAREL photo slate is made from natural rock slate. Natural variations in the stone, including differences in texture, thickness, surface finish, shape and edges, are part of the character of the product and mean that no two pieces will be completely identical.
Product Images & Colour
Our product photographs show our actual GINAREL products and are intended to represent them as accurately as possible. Natural variations in the slate may mean your finished piece differs slightly from the piece photographed. Colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting, screen and device settings and the nature of the printing process.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Products
Personalised and made-to-order items are created especially for you. Please check your selections, personalisation details and uploaded images carefully before placing your order. Change-of-mind cancellations, returns or exchanges are not accepted once production has commenced. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Where you upload a photograph for personalisation, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and reproduce that image and that it meets our stated photo-quality requirements. Printed colours, brightness and appearance may vary slightly from how an image appears on a digital screen.

Your GINAREL Rock Photo Slate is a decorative keepsake made from natural slate and should be handled with care.
- Do not wash, soak or submerge in water.
- Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth only and dry promptly.
- Do not place in a microwave, oven or dishwasher.
- Do not use harsh cleaners, chemicals, alcohol-based products or abrasive materials.
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture to help preserve the printed image.
- Avoid dropping, scratching or knocking against hard surfaces.
- Take care when handling the natural slate edges.
- Not intended for direct food contact.
- Decorative use only.
