GINAREL handcrafted pieces are individually made or finished by hand,making every piece truly unique. Natural variations in colour, pattern, marbling, texture and finish are part of its handmade character, so your piece may differ from the one pictured and no two will ever be exactly alike.

Product Images & Colour
Our product photographs show our actual GINAREL products and are intended to represent them as accurately as possible. 
As each handmade piece is unique, your item may differ from the piece photographed, particularly in colour, pattern and marbling. Colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting, screen and device settings, materials and individual production batches.

Labels & Presentation
GINAREL products are created and assembled in small batches. Minor variations in label positioning, print appearance, packaging and presentation may occur without affecting the overall design or intended use of the product.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Products
Personalised and made-to-order items are created especially for you. Please check your selections, personalisation details and uploaded images carefully before placing your order. Change-of-mind cancellations, returns or exchanges are not accepted once production has commenced. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Customer-Supplied Photos
Where you upload a photograph for personalisation, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and reproduce that image and that it meets our stated photo-quality requirements. Printed colours, brightness and appearance may vary slightly from how an image appears on a digital screen.

Jewellery Information
The jewellery included in this GINAREL gift box is a carefully selected piece sourced to complement the collection and is not handmade by GINAREL. The necklace is made from stainless steel with a gold-tone finish and features a beautiful Gold & Pearl Paw charm.

A little note about your candle
Each GINAREL candle is hand-poured with care. If something doesn’t seem quite right with your candle, please stop using it and get in touch with us with a clear photo. We’ll be happy to help and will always do our best to make it right.

Care & Safety Instructions

Handmade Keepsake Care

Your GINAREL handmade pieces are decorative items and should be handled with care.

• Do not wash, soak or submerge in water.
  Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth only and dry promptly.
  Do not place in a microwave, oven or dishwasher.
• Do not place hot items or heated objects directly on the surface.
• Do not use harsh cleaners, chemicals, alcohol-based products or abrasive materials.
• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture to help preserve the colour and finish.
• Avoid dropping, scratching or knocking against hard surfaces.
• Not intended for direct food contact unless specifically stated otherwise.

Jewellery Care

To help preserve the appearance and finish of your jewellery:

• Keep dry and avoid prolonged contact with water.
• Remove before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
• Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, cosmetics, cleaning products and other chemicals.
• Do not soak or wash the jewellery.
  After wearing, gently wipe with a clean, soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds and rough materials.
• Store separately in a clean, dry place when not in use to help prevent scratching and damage.
• The finish may gradually change or wear over time depending on use, storage and exposure to moisture, chemicals and skin products.
  

Candle Care & Safety

• Remove the candle completely from the gift box and all packaging materials before lighting.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable objects.
• Always burn on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use.
• Stop burning when approximately 7 mm of wax remains.
• Never move or handle the candle while it is burning or while the vessel is hot.
• Allow the candle and vessel to cool completely before handling.
